Omnipark Dental Centre – Dental Care You Can Trust
At Omnipark Dental Centre, we listen to your dental concerns and explain your treatment options clearly and sincerely. We believe in empowering you to make informed choices about your care, and we’ll always treat you with respect and kindness. Our team collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure we do what’s best for you.
Your safety is our priority—we follow the latest cross-infection control and safety standards. We also value your time and strive to keep appointments running smoothly. All costs, whether for NHS, private, or hygienist services, will be fully explained upfront with no surprises. Before you leave, we’ll suggest a date for your next check-up or hygienist visit.
Your Role in Your Dental Care
We need your help to provide you with the best care. This includes following our home care advice and keeping up with your appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Payments for consultations and treatments are due before your visit. Following our aftercare tips is essential for great results, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment to lock in a time that works for you.
We take pride in fostering a welcoming and respectful environment, and we kindly request that you extend the same courtesy to our team. Please be aware that any abusive or threatening behaviour could result in removal from our patient list.
Ongoing NHS Care Policy
To manage demand fairly, we encourage you to schedule your next routine NHS check-up before you leave. We’ll send one email reminder. If you do not attend within six months of that date, your NHS registration with us will lapse. To rejoin, you will be placed on the waiting list, subject to availability.
Private Appointments
We offer private options for treatments like dental implants, teeth whitening, or other cosmetic work. Would you prefer to skip the NHS wait? Private care is also available.
A private check-up, including two small X-rays, costs £78. We’ll need advance payment to secure your slot.
Hygienist Appointments
Regular hygienist visits keep your smile in top shape. To book, we ask for full payment upfront.
Appointment Policy – Protecting Your Reserved Time
All private and hygienist appointments require advance payment. Need to reschedule? That is no problem. We will reschedule your appointment for the new date if you call us within 48 hours to rebook.
Advance part payments are non-refundable if you miss appointments or make changes to your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Plan– Pre-book Your Appointments
We recommend booking your next check-up or hygienist visit before you head out to get the dates and times you prefer.
